Tanya's performance at the New York State Fair was one of the first shows she performed after giving birth to Ms. Presley Tanita (July 5, 1989).  Presley was just six weeks old.

Tanya didn't give a meet n' greet after this show because she had Presley with her.

La Costa (Tanya's older sister) brought Presley (see photos) out on-stage during the performance.
