PM My post may not have been clear, let me clarify... I am not looking for personal footage and photos of Tanya in her personal life, I am looking for personally owned (meaning you shot it, not some studio or production company)stuff of Tanya in concert, cutting, fan photos, etc. I am working on a country music documentary and am only looking for fun positive stuff. 10:34 PM I went to see tanya tucker at the celebrity cutting show in fort worth, tx on 12-2-05. She only sang 3 songs but it was awesome. I had to go through the ringer to meet her but after the show i hopped on stage and there she was in her dressing room. She was so kind she took a pic with me and autographed one of her cd covers for me. We only talked for a few min. but it was my dream come true. I saw her in 1997 with bryan white in branson, mo. Please tell me when she is playing again, I want to go for a 3rd time around. I have been listening and singing tanya's songs in talent shows for about 12 years now. |

Sheena -- very, very cool!! Did you get to see the cutting event as well?? Well, let us know which songs she sang -- and feel free to send in the photo with Tanya, would love to put it up. As far as when Tanya's next gig is, I only know about two so far for 06 - one in FL and one in SD(Pollstar)...there is a 'Links' page where you can check in regularly to see what Tanya has going on. Also keep an eye on the TT on the 'net page -- sometimes concerts get posted there that don't show up on Pollstar or Ticketmaster -- Tanya's official site of course lists concert dates, but not always soon enough to get a good seat. http://www.tanyatuckerfansite.com The Totally Unofficial Tanya Tucker Fansite |

that's great sheena! i don't know if you realized but tanya was drunk that night. She had a couple glasses of crown during the meet and greet and took the third with her on the walk to the arena for celebrity cutting. i really love tanya, but i have never seen somebody that is more high maintence than her. Fantastic musician though. |

oh yeah, there was a meet and greet. The meet and greet took place at 5-7 pm in the green room. It was a dinner and live action. the celebrities came by and signed t-shrits and met the people teh sponsored the event. travis tritt, jay novacek, tracy byrd, barry corbin(from northern exposure and dallas fame) were all there. tanya had a tooth ache that night she claimed so she didn't eat, but she stopped by to take pictures with supportes and fans before it was over. From there they all walked single file over to the entrance to the celebrity cutting arena. if you want to see high maintence, i will tell you a story of what tanya did just before she went out into the arena. she's really funny. then about 10pm the concert began starting with tracy byrd. the interrupted him after one or two songs to announce that he had won the cutting event. i have a couple picture sthat i took with tanya and travis tritt, etc if you're interested in them. |

Hello, Tanya was riding one of the horses that was provided for her. I am not sure if she was allowed to select the horse that she wanted or not, but i know that it belonged to the convention center stables. |

I went to a party at a friend's house, whom is also friends with Tanya, after a show. It was a couple years ago, but there was plenty of alcohol there she stuck to Dr, Pepper. Maybe the toothache played a part in having a couple drinks. It doesn't take alot to get me druck, but I think I could drink three and be fine. Depends how strong the drink was mixed.C |

The latest greatest news (not me thinking out loud or making a guess) is that Tville is in its second season of production (whatever that means) and will return in the Spring (whenever that is). Hey Rita... the song in question is the same song, just a different version. The version on the "Tanya" cd is the studio version released in 2002. The version on the Billy Bob's DVD (not on the Billy Bob's CD) is the Live version recorded pretty recently in 2005. A fan (Bob) posted on the tag board that you can download the live version of "Memory" from itunes (for ipod users).... Hope that clears it up... I ordered the DVD and came home Tuesday and opened my mail box to find no DVD I had on a very long face as I was ready to sit down and relax and watch and listen to Tanya Belt out a few tunes. Today I got notice from Smith music folks That the DVD has been help up from shipping. Another long face for me. Ill be checking my mail box each day and only when it see my Tanya DVD will i be a happy man again. I love My T. |

3:02 AM Hey Adam -- I thought the sound quality was pretty good.... if you have been to a concert lately, it is gonna bring you right back to the day and time; Tanya had a pretty good steel guitar player during the Live at Billy Bob's TX that was not on board for the concerts I saw; The guys in her band are excellent back up singers, and for this performance she also had an additional singer (checking the credits - Angela Doolie) that can seriously sing. I was a little disappointed that one of MY favorites was not on the CD - "Oh What it Did To Me", but I think it is on the dvd. 12:22 AM I have been calling around and nobody seems to be carrying it. I am really surprised that Barnes&Noble doesn't have it! I called them yesterday and they said that it can be ordered, but they don't carry it in the store. How stupid is that?! Anyway, at least when I called and asked it makes them aware that T has a new album out. Maybe if enough people call and ask for it, stores will have it in stock! |

5:58 PM I was running errands this morning listening to the new LIVE cd.... I absolutely LOVE this CD. This is a great performance from Trouble (trouble is her middle name) to Delta Dawn. Tell ya what the boys get down on lead and steel guitar on 'It Won't Be Me'. Tanya nailed 'San Antonio Stroll' 'Hangin' In' -- yeehaa, the hangin' in like George Jones was funny (but she's right!) 'Lizzie/Jamestown/What's Your Mama's Name/Blood Red/Field of Stone' -- OMG! Tanya's voice and style is so suited for these types of songs -- goosebumps! (Whichever one of the guys was playing acoustic guitar on 'What's Your Mama's Name sounded awesome -- and the background vocals on that one...great!). 'Walking Shoes' and 'Teardrop' : ) looking forward especially to the dvd version of those two. 'Two Sparrows' beautiful as always -- Tanya sang the heck out of this one. Tanya and the guys kicked some ass on 'It's A Little too Late'. I think this version of 'Delta Dawn' oughta be the definitive version -- until of course Tanya does it even better. I FINALLY got my copy from Amazon yesterday! I would have gotten it on Friday, but..I have the WORST UPS driver! Anyway, it was WELL worth the wait!! I can't tell ya'll how much I LOVE the cover art! BEAUTIFUL!! T's performance of each classic was fantastic. You could tell that T was having a good time playing and that the audience was in the palm of her pretty lil' hand. :) Like I said, T sounded AWESOME! She nailed each song, my faves were: San Antonio Stroll, Two Sparrows In A Hurricane, Strong Enough To Bend and don't even get me started on how GREAT she sang Lizzie/Jamestown/What's/Blood/Would. Those were worth the price of the cd alone. And last but certainly not least..Delta Dawn. WOW!! This is THE version. Gave me chills at the end when she did that thing with her voice. T is a very passionate singer, you can tell that in each song. While I listened to each song, it reminded me of the great time I had seeing her live. GREAT job Miss T!! |

10:03 PM well, since I already heard the cd, I wasn't blown away by the vocal part, but as you know I was when I heard the cd. My husband watched part of it and commented that "Tanya can still belt them out." The DVD was very much a Tanya concert where every song was working. One thing I didn't like about the DVD is that it was definitely edited -- a lot of the cutting up and just talking wasn't included OR was included in short clips in the interview portion. For instance, the extra track isn't included in the main body of the concert...you have to go to the song selection part to get Texas with the Playboys......... but as far as the actual parts that were there it was a first class Tanya concert. Just posted a link for a photo on the TT on the 'net page titled Ericson Group. Did Tanya have red hair for a period of time?? Sure does look red in that picture... (LOL -- red heads get an awful lot of flack for being hot-headed, so the thought of Tanya doing the red-head thing definitely amuses me). Yes Tanya Did the RedHead thing after Presley was born. Being a man i dont understand it all. But after giving birth your hair loses its sheen. So I've Heard. So Tanya traded in her signature blond color and Went Red. She didnt keep it very long. It was okay but i liked her better as a blond. |

I called discovery this week and I was told that Tuckerville is definately returning in the spring. He said to check the schedule the beginning of each month. I think it will probably be March. |

While looking for concert info online, I have on more than one occasion run across venues that ask for input on the acts to be booked for future events. It made me wonder about a venue in my area that I keep hoping will book Tanya (as well as some other favorites) so I went to the website and checked... sure enough, they also asked for input. New (actually old) cd comes out tomorrow - 16 Biggest Hits; It has some of Tanya's lesser known songs that don't usually end up on a compilation cd, which makes this a good cd for a fan. Another thing that was different about the CD is that the cover features a picture of TT that might have been taken when she was around 16 yrs old. Track listing is on the Tanya-ography page... hmmm I guess I could have copied/pasted... definitely too lazy to type it. One of the best songs on this cd by my way of thinking (that isn't on any other cds/compilations)is 'Spring'... finished listening - this cd makes you realize how much country music has changed, and not necessarily for the better. Tanya had a very distinctive sound and style during the early Columbia/Billy Sherril era -- hardly anybody does story songs anymore (Tanya included) and this cd is packed full of them: Delta Dawn, Jamestown Ferry, Mama's Name, Blood Red, Dan Tucker's Daughter, No Man's Land, Spring, and others. Kinda miss them -- (I am trying to think of the last story song Tanya recorded and all that comes to mind is 'The Thunder Rolls' on the box set). Hey, haven't seen pics yet but was at celeb. cutting. Presley sang Delta Dawn with Tanya, and Grayson played guitar with the band, pretty neat cause he is left handed and played a right handed guitar, so basically he was playing up side down, I have seen this done before but was surprised to see him do it...Tanya only sang 4 or 5 songs but she was great, and Travis really put on a great show, Tracy Bryds band backed up both singers and he played a full show....any way, T's great... |

I had to go through the ringer to meet her but after the show i hopped on stage and there she was in her dressing room. She was so kind she took a pic with me and autographed one of her cd covers for me. We only talked for a few min. but it was my dream come true. I saw her in 1997 with bryan white in branson, mo. Please tell me when she is playing again, I want to go for a 3rd time around. I have been listening and singing tanya's songs in talent shows for about 12 years now. |

As far as when Tanya's next gig is, I only know about two so far for 06 - one in FL and one in SD(Pollstar)...there is a 'Links' page where you can check in regularly to see what Tanya has going on. She had a couple glasses of crown during the meet and greet and took the third with her on the walk to the arena for celebrity cutting. i really love tanya, but i have never seen somebody that is more high maintence than her. Fantastic musician though. |

oh yeah, there was a meet and greet. The meet and greet took place at 5-7 pm in the green room. It was a dinner and live action. the celebrities came by and signed t-shrits and met the people teh sponsored the event. travis tritt, jay novacek, tracy byrd, barry corbin(from northern exposure and dallas fame) were all there. tanya had a tooth ache that night she claimed so she didn't eat, but she stopped by to take pictures with supportes and fans before it was over. From there they all walked single file over to the entrance to the celebrity cutting arena. if you want to see high maintence, i will tell you a story of what tanya did just before she went out into the arena. she's really funny. then about 10pm the concert began starting with tracy byrd. the interrupted him after one or two songs to announce that he had won the cutting event. i have a couple picture sthat i took with tanya and travis tritt, etc if you're interested in them. |

I went to a party at a friend's house, whom is also friends with Tanya, after a show. It was a couple years ago, but there was plenty of alcohol there she stuck to Dr, Pepper. Maybe the toothache played a part in having a couple drinks. It doesn't take alot to get me druck, but I think I could drink three and be fine. Depends how strong the drink was mixed.C |

Hi, I was under the impression that the celebs rode horses furnished by trainers from the NCHA, I Know Travis's was. Tanya did a great job cutting, she just didn't cut the cattle that would have given her a good score, and the guy that won, I think he was a bull rider from PBR, had a great run. I was at the cutting and the concert, didn't notice her being drunk...they were filming for her Tuckerville Show....at least thats what I was told..I have some great pics of Presley and Graysons with my girls. also pic of Tanya in Santa Hat..(well it was close to christmas).. ya'll shoulda been there!!!!! |

Interesting that you should ask... haven't listened to Complicated in quite a while up until last week... Complicated is significantly different from any of Tanya's other cds, especially the song selection and the production/musicians. "Little Things" is classic Tanya. Buying the cd is worth it just for that one song..."I Don't believe that's how you feel" is one of my other favs on this cd and the fun tune "you don't do it" as well. This cd is GREAT! She shows off her real talent with, country,a little blues, and a little rock. The song, "Ya think about it" rocks. Every song on this cd could of been a hit in my opinion but just delivered 1 top 10, "Little Things". I have every thing that Miss T has ever recorded from 13 yrs. old to present except for, "Tear me apart" and I cant find it anywhere. Anyone know where ???...Michael |

Hey Michael, Tear Me Apart can be found on ebay. Ive seen it a few times on there. I have this LP. I was like 20 or 21 when it came out. Nashville hated it. Her label at the time wanted to make her more main stream or cross over they did the same thing with Olivia Newton John at the same time. Both artist had slow sales. I enjoy many of the songs on the LP its a far cry from what country music was all about back then. I think one track may have hit the top 40. But true to Tanya's style she made each song her own. Its lp's like this one that has paved the way for many other artist in the field to be able to cut the songs they do. Good Luck Michael if you get it let me know what you think of it. Complicated is one of her best CDs: contains potential hits/ballads such as "Ridin' Out the Heartache" to "Hurts Like Love." My favorite, besides "Little Things" is "All I Have To Offer You is Love."!! Worth obtaining on ebay and will be a fan's favorite immediately. |

AM Hello. Yes that is Jerry. The blonde back-up singer next to him is his girl friend. All Tanya said after she introduced them as part of the band is "It's a strange strange world." Then after Presley did her tune (Jerry and Krisalyn backed Presley)Tanya shook her head and repeated "It's a strange strange World" a couple of times. They were all up in Canada together for the last couple of weeks. Personally, I think Tanya lost a bet. LOL. Honestly, it was one of the Best Tucker concerts. She really sang her heart out. |

I ordered the DVD and came home Tuesday and opened my mail box to find no DVD I had on a very long face as I was ready to sit down and relax and watch and listen to Tanya Belt out a few tunes. Today I got notice from Smith music folks That the DVD has been help up from shipping. Another long face for me. 3:02 AM Hey Adam -- I thought the sound quality was pretty good.... if you have been to a concert lately, it is gonna bring you right back to the day and time; Tanya had a pretty good steel guitar player during the Live at Billy Bob's TX that was not on board for the concerts I saw; The guys in her band are excellent back up singers, and for this performance she also had an additional singer (checking the credits - Angela Doolie) that can seriously sing. I was a little disappointed that one of MY favorites was not on the CD - "Oh What it Did To Me", but I think it is on the dvd. I called them yesterday and they said that it can be ordered, but they don't carry it in the store. How stupid is that?! Anyway, at least when I called and asked it makes them aware that T has a new album out. Maybe if enough people call and ask for it, stores will have it in stock! |

5:58 PM I was running errands this morning listening to the new LIVE cd.... I absolutely LOVE this CD. This is a great performance from Trouble (trouble is her middle name) to Delta Dawn. Tell ya what the boys get down on lead and steel guitar on 'It Won't Be Me'. Tanya nailed 'San Antonio Stroll' 'Hangin' In' -- yeehaa, the hangin' in like George Jones was funny (but she's right!) 'Lizzie/Jamestown/What's Your Mama's Name/Blood Red/Field of Stone' -- OMG! Tanya's voice and style is so suited for these types of songs -- goosebumps! (Whichever one of the guys was playing acoustic guitar on 'What's Your Mama's Name sounded awesome -- and the background vocals on that one...great!). 'Walking Shoes' and 'Teardrop' : ) looking forward especially to the dvd version of those two. 'Two Sparrows' beautiful as always -- Tanya sang the heck out of this one. Tanya and the guys kicked some ass on 'It's A Little too Late'. I think this version of 'Delta Dawn' oughta be the definitive version -- until of course Tanya does it even better. I FINALLY got my copy from Amazon yesterday! I would have gotten it on Friday, but..I have the WORST UPS driver! Anyway, it was WELL worth the wait!! I can't tell ya'll how much I LOVE the cover art! BEAUTIFUL!! T's performance of each classic was fantastic. You could tell that T was having a good time playing and that the audience was in the palm of her pretty lil' hand. :) Like I said, T sounded AWESOME! She nailed each song, my faves were: San Antonio Stroll, Two Sparrows In A Hurricane, Strong Enough To Bend and don't even get me started on how GREAT she sang Lizzie/Jamestown/What's/Blood/Would. Those were worth the price of the cd alone. And last but certainly not least..Delta Dawn. WOW!! This is THE version. Gave me chills at the end when she did that thing with her voice. T is a very passionate singer, you can tell that in each song. While I listened to each song, it reminded me of the great time I had seeing her live. GREAT job Miss T!! |

10:03 PM well, since I already heard the cd, I wasn't blown away by the vocal part, but as you know I was when I heard the cd. My husband watched part of it and commented that "Tanya can still belt them out." The DVD was very much a Tanya concert where every song was working. One thing I didn't like about the DVD is that it was definitely edited -- a lot of the cutting up and just talking wasn't included OR was included in short clips in the interview portion. For instance, the extra track isn't included in the main body of the concert...you have to go to the song selection part to get Texas with the Playboys......... but as far as the actual parts that were there it was a first class Tanya concert. I just watched this show -- I had a preconceived idea (based on the title) what it was going to be about and it wasn't. I thought they did a good job of talking about how much pop has infiltrated the genre while at the same time letting the viewer decide if that is cool or not. (LeeAnn Womack busted herself for contributing to that problem -- that kind of honesty is kinda rare) This show did something I have seen happen repeatedly: Tanya gets credit for her contribution in the 70s -- her breakout, but not for her superstar years 80s/90s. Also as usual, Shania/Faith got credit for some groundbreaking that was really done by Dottie West and Wanda Jackson (to a small degree) and in a BIG way by Tanya. Tanya made a statement in this show that even made me raise an eyebrow (lol) and helps you understand (if you're paying attention) what she is about! There was a section about Tammy Wynnette and 'Stand By Your Man' and different folks commenting on the song, the singer and the era. Tanya's comment was something like..."I wouldn't mind being subservient or second to a REAL man." I gotta feeling that ain't happenin'...ever. (I personally believe in the equal partnership thing). Just recently watching Tuckerville on 04/22 on TLC and I would like to convey much support to Miss Tanya Tucker with her recent Gorbichv Stop Smoking Seminar. Confgratulations! You got it Miss Tucker. I attended the seminar in 1998 and have not had a cigarrette since; that's eight years. I also, recently went to a weight loss seminar and would like to be as much support to Miss Tucker any way possible. AM I am not sure what the DVD is being taped for or any info of when it may be released but here is the info I could find about the Dixon TN show on June 15 just outside of Nashville. As of now they have her performing alone, but that is subject to change. The DVD will be of that nights performance. Ticket price starts at $22.00 reg., and V.I.P. starts at $40.00 and are on sale now (V.I.P includes a reception w/Tanya @ 6p.m. Concert starts @ 8 p.m. You can order tickets by phone, and pick them up that night- they will not mail them. |

If anyone is having trouble finding Dixon TN on the map,it is not spelled right. I found Dickson TN and that is where the Renassaince (sp?)center is. Dickson it about 40 mi west of Nashville. If I am wrong, please let me know, but I could not find a Dixon. |

Me and hubby (Billy) took off some time and took a slow drive down the east coast (checking out Gulf Coast beaches on the way) and saw Tanya in concert at the Naples Philharmonic. I know what Bob (Grand Casino concert in MN) meant now when he said it was the best concert ever -- I have to say the same thing - I don't think I have ever heard Tanya sound better!! I guess practice/2 weeks of touring will do that for ya -- I don't know, but TT was excellent. Billy was impressed. I will be going to the Talladega concert in Alabama this weekend with my daughter -- which is a good thing -- I am in trouble with her for leaving her behind for the Naples concert. I mentioned in another thread that I didn't have good seats for the Naples Show and wasn't sure about photos -- well here is the deal -- I know those types of venues have "season tickets" for their members and they sometimes turn in their tickets when they don't attend an event. Me and Casey went to the Talladega concert -- we both love that area (Casey says she wants to go to college in Alabama not FL now - yiiiikes - out of state tuition) very rural and Friendly with a capital "F" -- plus anyplace where the guys wear their overalls into Wal-mart is alright with me. I love going to Tanya concerts in these historic theaters -- they have such good sound. (The not so historic theater in the Naples Philharmonic had sound bouncing all over the place). Anyhow, short version, two good concerts, especially the second!! Photos later -- I think -- don't ever talk about replacing your computer, camera or truck in front of said item. The A&E show on Dolly Parton (Tanya interview) comes on tonight and a couple other times this weekend.... oughta be good. Also, the George Jones concert that Tanya performed on will be aired on a station I never even heard of - RAVE HD. It aired on PBS initially a short while back. The Dolly show was really good. I never really thought about the fact that you never see Dolly anything but dressed/made up/wigged to the max, but apparently other celebs have! Became apparent that even they never see/saw the real Dolly. Kathy Mattea and Tanya's take said it all. (Too funny that both Tanya and Kathy recalled the same backstage conversation from a show with Burt Reynolds back in the late 80s or early 90s). Is it just me or does Shania Twain always come across as extremely fake?? One thing I like about Dolly and Tanya both: not the least bit pretentious, don't struggle with trying to search for $100 words. They both have a knack for a countrified phrase that says it all! Here is one big difference I noticed between Tanya and Dolly - with Dolly, it is more about the business than it is the fans. Lead guitar, bass, keyboard, drums were the same. The regular guitar/fiddle player (Ollie) was not at either the Ritz or Naples Philharmonic concert, but Jerry Laseter (guitar) was at the Naples concert. I agree Paul, T needs to get crackin' but not having a record deal, it does cost alot a $$$ especially, if you have a video to go along with the first song out from a new CD...just a guess! My big laugh is the seconds season the 1st hr when Tanya woke up from hypnotism and the guy asked if she felt like she wanted to smoke and she said NOPE. When her and her new assistant were driving home the assistant asked if she thought it worked and T's response, "do I think it's gonna work.....as she pulls out a smoke a said with a laugh), NO, I dont think so but I just want to hold it and see how it feels....LMAO! |

I watched the rerun of parts of 11/12 last night... the cutting horse scene was pretty awesome! I don't know if ya'll realize how hard it is sometimes to ride a really athletic horse (it ain't all that easy keeping a good seat and your body under control when a horse is flying around barrells or cutting a cow)... Tanya is a really good rider and it shows!! I love the way she is so concerned about the snake. The same snake she wanted to make boots out of, and then she got teared up over the thing. And the wig scenes were funny this last week. I just wondered if anyone else noticed, but I think I can tell the difference between the "real" scenes and the "re-hearsed" or not so real scenes. She makes a certain face, it's the same face she has when she tries to tell the house cleaners they were fired. She makes that face when she gave the sitter 20 bucks. |

I am thrilled that TT will be playing at Nshville, IN in Aug at the Little Opry there. She was there last OCT. I have been e mailing them every week wanting to know if she is returning. That is only about 2 hours from where I live and is a neat little artist and tourist town ( like a little Gattlinburg) with lots to do and see.. |

years back, i saw a video (or a tv show) where Tanya was on stage signing a song with all these telephones hanging down about her. I don't know the name of the song, but I would like to. The style of the song was reminiscent of Down to my last teardrop, and I'll bet $ it was written by the same songwriter. Can anyone hlp with the name of the song? I still can't believe my ears -- We have a local station that I wish had a lot more range cause it is just a great station, but I heard something on that station yesterday I still ain't believing.... You just never know what this station will play - they have an oldies show (on the weekend and a daily segment as well plus an hour of nothing but requests every day) and something they started up a little while ago called Outlaw Country... I am driving to work and hear David Allan Coe's "Ride" so I didn't change the station... then JC "Sunday Morning Coming Down"...once again, cool, didn't change the station... then TT "Old Weakness". I have never heard that song on the radio til yesterday. This station SO BAD.it is 99.5 FM..last week-they were talking about Carrie Underwood-How shes here/there/everywhere.... The male disc jockey said .. if she doesn't slow down.. her schedule will wear her down & look like Tanya Tucker! They then laughed- Obviously they dont care for Tanya - Idiots! I would like to be around when Carrie Underwood, tries for 30+ years of hit after hit. She will be lucky to get a good 10 yrs. And by the way, Tanya's schedule is of personal choice!!! She said she dont and wont wear herslef out on the road as she has been there done that for alot of years and another thing, this DJ is probably 21 and acts 12 and has no clue what-so-ever what tanya has done for the business. I looked up call letters on internet - station is actually called Young Country 99.5! It is not a station someone like me... who likes Tanya Tucker, Johnny Cash, Merle, George Jones, Travis Tritt, Keith whitley, Bluegrass Artists, etc... I get steamed everytime I think about the idiots comment! I'm only 44 -I am young - like country - they dont have a clue! |

The Early Delta Dawn (orange dress) Clip is from Hee Haw and is available through Time/Life. The other Delta Dawn Clip was right after the Glen Break-up and is recorded at Churchill Station. I believe K-tel distributes that one. I got mine at Wal-Mart. It is available too. Both are on DVD |

Correct on both counts Bob. The concert in the early 80s was at the Cheyenne Saloon in Church Street Station downtown Orlando (FL). The guy that made Church Street station famous (at least in Florida anyway) sold the place quite a few years ago ... Cheyenne Saloon closed down and Church Street Station became a ghost of its former self. In reading the articles that have been posted before and since TT concert there, I think these folks know what country music is when you look at the artists they are featuring with murals - Tanya, Alan Jackson and George Jones (a few others as well). PM Following the post from Taylor1 I have now got this film finally. Thanks Bud it arrived today safe'n'sound. I've waited so long to get this film that I watched it before we had our evening meal. Review: Probably the worst film I have ever seen. Was it worth it? Yep every penny because all it really is is a showcase for Tanya to sing the last song, 'I'm the Singer Your the Song.' I found I was just watching it waiting for T to come on and blow them all away. Did she? You bet your darn socks she did. She looked absolutly fantastic, but it was a pity she only had a small part in the film. But hey whose complaining, the quality was not too good but I have a last got what upto now I have never seen for sale before... a true piece of Tanya history. Saying all that you can bet I will be watching it again tomorrow |

I am not aware of any concerts being cancelled - I think TT has made all of the dates that were booked but have no way of knowing for sure. No, I am not angy about Jerry - none of my dang business. However, I was at a concert where Jerry was a band member and backed up Presley - he did a fine job. Keep in mind the mission of this fan site - it is right on the front page: a fan site to PROMOTE and CELEBRATE the career of the legendary Miss T. Also, we do not get photos or reviews on all concerts. Not all fans that visit the site provide photos or reviews, we REALLY appreciate it when they do but are also happy if all they do is visit. Hey Andrew, I was just at a concert last weekend in Nevada and Jerry was in the band as well as playing acoustic guitar and backing vocals (talented Man). The way I see it, they have calmed their differences and also a good way to be with Layla (his daughter) and make a little cash, makes since to me. |

Hi Barbara, Do you watch all episodes or just a few here and there. I thought the funniest part was when they were in the limo talking about presleys driver license. She said, (Tanya) Presley, if ya wait till your 18 I will buy you a car. But, if ya wait till your 21 I will buy you any car that ya want....LMAO. To me, it sounds like she dont wanna lose her baby. In earlier episodes, Presley wants to be a star, just like her MOM so Tanya is giving her the experience of her life, bringing her on stage to sing at her concerts. What else can a kid ask for? I seriously DONT think Presley would do anything she didn't want to do as both her and Tanya are Bull-headed..(from other episodes). LOL PS....as for Grayson boys will be boys and for Layla, she is a little to young to even get it yet... |

The Dock of the Bay Gibson went for 6600.00. Which is a fair amount of money for that guitar. Especially for a 14 year old boy who already has a bunch of guitars and was being a bit of a brat. Presley has straight A's in school, I think she deserves a car. As far as I know it was never released. Tanya performed it on a X-mas tv special about the same time Complicated was released. I have never seen it available on CD. It was a catchy tune. It should be released. Where is that new Tucker Christmas CD? |

Tanya performed that song on a network Tv special from the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville back in Christmas of 1994. There were a lot of different Country artists on the special. She also dnced with a lot of different Santas...I have it on VHS somewhere!!! |

Hi yall, I have heard that Capitol Nashville is beginnig (again) at possibly signing Tanya with all the GREAT response of the "T" show. I have been hearing this on radio out here in So. Cal. I'm tellin' yall that this would be the BOMB of the century if this happened and furthermore, with almost a million viewers of T-Ville, dammmmm, this would be a platinum CD. I heard it again today after they played "little Things" that Capitol will be picking her up again but for a 2 cd deal. I'm guessing that if the first dont do real well then they have the second one to fall back on. If the A&R folks are real good they can get her back on track...fingers crossed!!! |

I don't have a kk where I live, so it's been a while. I normally don't even care for donuts, but the last time I had one it was on a road trip and I had a bavarium creme from Krispy Kreme. It was awesome, I swear my husband talked about how good they were for a month. C |

I hate to burst your bubble, but I know of a donut that is even better than KK. In Evansville, IN they have several "Donut Banks" I thought I had died and gone to heaven the first time I ate one. We have KK here, but the Donut Banks are even better!! I know that is hard to believe, but it is the truth! |

years back, i saw a video (or a tv show) where Tanya was on stage signing a song with all these telephones hanging down about her. I don't know the name of the song, but I would like to. The style of the song was reminiscent of Down to my last teardrop, and I'll bet $ it was written by the same songwriter. Can anyone hlp with the name of the song? Ths show is a Mission Impossible clone. Tanya is a race garl driverand singer imported to help on an Eastern European mission. The Turns Me Inside Out clip is when they meet and recruit her. I'm not at all sure of the title of the 2nd clip. It's less than a minute long, but she puts phenomenal motion onto the bare vocals; truely worth hearing.. |

My big laugh is the seconds season the 1st hr when Tanya woke up from hypnotism and the guy asked if she felt like she wanted to smoke and she said NOPE. When her and her new assistant were driving home the assistant asked if she thought it worked and T's response, "do I think it's gonna work.....as she pulls out a smoke a said with a laugh), NO, I dont think so but I just want to hold it and see how it feels....LMAO! |

I watched the rerun of parts of 11/12 last night... the cutting horse scene was pretty awesome! I don't know if ya'll realize how hard it is sometimes to ride a really athletic horse (it ain't all that easy keeping a good seat and your body under control when a horse is flying around barrells or cutting a cow)... Tanya is a really good rider and it shows!! I love the way she is so concerned about the snake. The same snake she wanted to make boots out of, and then she got teared up over the thing. And the wig scenes were funny this last week. I just wondered if anyone else noticed, but I think I can tell the difference between the "real" scenes and the "re-hearsed" or not so real scenes. She makes a certain face, it's the same face she has when she tries to tell the house cleaners they were fired. She makes that face when she gave the sitter 20 bucks. |

Well, we know for sure she would be honest and give good criticism. She should at least be a featured artist on the show. You do have to say the show helps boost careers of those who are training the potential idols. I read an article that after Shakira's performance, her cd's sales rose like over 100,000 copies the week after the idol appearance. That is great exposure. |

well, now that all the episodes have aired, I think my favorite one of all was last week (Ballads/Babysitters) where Tanya is in the studio recording 'Sleepwalking'. It just doesn't get any better than that. Hi All, Like all of you ti would be hard to pick just one song. But if i most LOL. It would be Girls Like Me Its a great song and It Fits T and her life in my eyes. Another Favorit would be Blue Christmas. It was done live on a Ralph E. Show. Lets face it Fans when Tanys sings a song she makes it her own. There are very few artist that can do that as well as T. |

Peter, your so right, Spring tells such a GREAT story and, what conviction in T's vocals for only being about 15 when she recorded this. I have many favorites (everything). Of course I love all of T's songs...my all time favorite is one she wrote and sang, called "Changes"!! Her recent Tanya CD has a couple of favorites too; such as "Should'a Thought About That" and "Broken Wings." |

It is so hard to pick just one favorite...I love the whole album of Tear Me Apart. I was able to see her in concert when that album came out. It just proved how versatile she is as a performer. The old Columbia stuff is so cool too. Her cover of Shame on the Moon is so sexy...Her last CD...Tanya....has some great tunes on it...Old Weakness...It rocks! Too hard to pick one |

I wrote to Discovery about tapes and when Tuckerville would return. The following is what I heard from them. "Thank you for contacting Discovery Networks. We appreciate your inquiry. Unfortunately, "Tuckerville" is not available for purchase. While this program is currently not scheduled to be televised, it may be scheduled in the future." |

AM HEY GUYS JUST REICEVED AN E-MAIL BACK FROM TLC. THEY SAID THAT AT THIS TIME NOTHING IS SECHDULE AS OF RIGHT NOW. THAT IT TAKES 6 MONTHS OR SO TO FILM THE SHOW. TO CONTACT THEM IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS. SO HOPEFULLY THIS FALL WE WILL SEE TUCKERVILLE AGAIN. THEY DID NOT SAY IT WAS CANCEL. |

I know I posted on the tag board but I really really want to thank you for being so kind for making the video of the 2 epsisodes I missed while at the T concert in Nevada. I really thought that last evening was it for me until the 3rd season but I FINALLY got to see the pony in Layla's room, the goat's where ever they ended up, and Kurt on his knees telling Grayson, you know, you really should be helping me do this (picking up goat poop with rubber gloves).....LM#&%#&%$#ASS OFF!!! Layla will be the one to carry on the Tucker name...yall just watch...Love Yall, Michael |
