Tanya was HOT in Georgia
Well last night was a
fun and hot night - not only because Tanya was on stage but it was hot.
She did about the same song line-up as she does on her live DVD.
Layla was there running around on the stage before the show with her dad - who I
didn't know was in the band - Tanya said this is Layla's dad and his new
girlfriend doing background vocals - you never know what's gonna happen around
here - was pretty funny. Grayson called while Tanya was on stage so Layla came
out on stage and gave Tanya the phone. She put it to the mike so everyone could
hear him which was cool - she said Presley was in CA with her dad - Grayson was
staying with her mom and dad who are under the weather.
As far as Tuckerville - no camera crew was around and Tanya said TLC calls her
all the time to do another season but doing the show kept her home off the road
and she just didn't know if she would do another one so from what I got she
doesn't really want to do a new season.
Tanya said she still has the snake - that he is big now and stays in her
bathroom because she has a heated floor and Grayson doesn't look after the snake
like he should. Tanya said she doesn't like snakes but she takes care of
him and it keeps people out of her bathroom.
All in all it was a cool night - when I called to order my tickets the lady said
last year when Tanya came to Lanierland - she was so nice and went home to stay
the night with one of the girls who worked there to keep from going to a motel -
maybe she went home with her again this year - cool lady who still has a few
more hits in her if only country radio would give the old timers air play.
